Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

You'll work closely with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, handle customer queries, and provide product information and recommendations. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in resolving customer issues and providing excellent customer service.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive smiling, greeting, acknowledging, and helping customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
