We are seeking a seasoned employment lawyer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior employment solicitor with 7+ years of post-qualification experience from a reputable firm with a strong employment practice. The successful candidate will be covering both contentious and non-contentious work, working closely with multinational employers, Irish businesses, professional services firms, and senior executives across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing a wide range of documents including employment contracts and policies, commercial leases, service agreements, licensing and IP agreements, capital raising and governance documents, and terms and conditions.
  • Providing expert advice on employment law matters, including discrimination, equal pay, TUPE, and pensions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law developments and best practices.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
  • An excellent track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
