Employment Law Specialist
\This role is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier law firm’s Employment law practice group in Dublin. As a Senior Associate level Employment lawyer, you will be responsible for advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues across various industry sectors including manufacturing, technology, biotech/pharma, and financial services.
\
The ideal candidate will have a mix of both contentious and non-contentious employment law experience, with excellent technical abilities in Employment law. You will work closely with key clients in Ireland and Overseas, as part of a specialist employment law team.
\
Responsibilities will include advising on dismissals, defending High Court injunctions and WRC claims, workforce restructuring, discrimination, workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, performance management, enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants, managing sickness absence, and other day-to-day employment issues. Additionally, you will mentor junior members of the team.

Candidates must be experienced Employment lawyers at Senior Associate level, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and technical excellence.
