A highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator is sought to drive the successful delivery of projects.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project programmes, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Collaboration with project managers to establish realistic timelines and identify key activities.
- Obtaining information from project managers, engineers, and team members to update schedules and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Evaluating project schedules for risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and developing contingency plans.
- Delivering reports on project schedules, progress, and issues, offering recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the construction industry.
- Prior experience with contractors is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Please note that this position requires a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
