Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing strategic guidance, and driving business outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to take on a senior leadership role, overseeing all aspects of human resources. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Liaising with management and employees to resolve employment relations and industrial relations issues
  • Managing compensation and benefits packages, recruitment processes, and training initiatives
  • Mentoring and coaching HR teams to achieve high performance
  • Analyzing best practices in HR and recommending improvements
  • Providing expert advice on HR matters to senior leaders
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior leadership position
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact HR projects and initiatives
  • Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset
