Requirements

  • Hold a minimum qualification at level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years satisfactory experience in a senior human resource management role with demonstrable experience in employee and industrial relations.
  • Hold a current full class B driver's license and access to own car.

Desirable Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR systems, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and manage change.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the tourism, public, or service sectors.
