Key responsibilities of this position include ensuring the front of house areas are clean and tidy, placing orders for stock to maintain the correct levels, checking and putting away all deliveries promptly, and reducing waste during beverage production.

Lead and Inspire
  • Lead the team to deliver superior customer service at all times
  • Assist in the completion of weekly administration and any other duties that are deemed necessary in the absence of the Manager
About You
  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams is preferred
  • Customer service skills are essential
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude is required
