Management Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will rotate through various departments including Kitchen, Front Office, Sales and Marketing, Food & Beverage and Front of House.
  • You will be responsible for daily operations and weekly planning in designated areas.
  • You will learn all necessary skills to become a front desk agent and reservations agent.
  • You will develop culinary skills from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie.
  • In the final period, you will support functions in Sales and Marketing, HR or Finance.

Requirements:

  • You must have English language proficiency.
  • Prior management and hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
