EHS Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EHS professional to join our team in Dublin, working on projects in Ireland and across mainland Europe. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring site safety and implementing our Safety Management System.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires the right candidate to have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the Construction Sector, preferably with Main MEP Contractors.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and planning skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment. If you have a proven track record in health and safety management, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Provide general support and assistance to the Health and Safety Manager in implementing the company's Safety Management System.
  • Ensure site personnel comply with site safety and company requirements through regular site inspections/audits.
  • Deliver Health and Safety Inductions and weekly Toolbox Talks to ensure all personnel understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Organise and chair Safety Meetings to discuss site safety performance and implement improvements.
