Expert Equipment Maintenance Specialist

As a Mechanical Shift Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the monitoring, operation, and maintenance of utilities equipment within a controlled environment. Key responsibilities include executing daily shift tasks in accordance with the requirements of the Shift Lead, escalating alarms according to established procedures, and conducting technical investigations.
The ideal candidate should possess an apprenticeship or third-level qualification, combined with mechanical experience, and at least three years of experience in mechanical utilities or process maintenance. In-depth knowledge of Utilities Systems, including pumps, HVAC systems, air compressors, steam boilers, and sterilization systems, is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in working within a regulated industry, such as FDA, IMB, and NSAI, is highly valued, along with a solid understanding of preventative maintenance programs.
- Monitor control systems for GMP and Non-GMP alarms.
- Operate utilities equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Investigate alarms according to procedures.
- Participate in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety.
