
Employment Investigator

As an employment investigator, you will conduct prompt, thorough and fair investigations in partnership with global cross-functional teams. These investigations may involve background research, investigative interviews and debrief meetings across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex employment-related investigations end-to-end including conducting intake meetings, background research, investigative interviews and debrief meetings.
- Partner closely with global cross-functional teams to conduct investigations involving violations of law or policy.
- Analyze and synthesize relevant documents and data to make factual findings that address all relevant policy issues.
- Prepare reports summaries and present verbal and/or written debriefs to stakeholders on investigation findings.
You will be expected to work effectively across geographical and societal boundaries and discern systemic issues revealed during the investigative process. As an employment investigator, you must demonstrate a high degree of empathy balanced against being able to provide direct feedback and confront witnesses with difficult information.
You will also have the opportunity to deliver compliance education programs and training designed proactively to address workplace issues.
