Senior Workplace Investigator

This is a chance to become part of an expanding team in a broad role working closely with senior management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading investigations across various workplace and protected disclosure cases. This includes preparing project reports and related outputs for review by the Director/Partner.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as lead investigator across a range of workplace investigations & protected disclosure investigations.
- Preparing project reports and related outputs to Director/Partner for final stage review.
- Supporting business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns & delivering successful client pitches
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in workplace investigations either in HR or legal capacity.
- Knowledge/experience of employee relations, employment law, and general HR topics.
- Superior communication skills both verbal and report writing.
Only candidates meeting the above criteria residing in Ireland and holding Irish/EU citizenship or operating on a minimum of Stamp 4 visa will be considered.
