Workplace Investigator

The Workplace Investigator plays a critical role in maintaining a fair and safe work environment.
About the RoleThis dynamic role involves working across a broad range of assignments in our Forensic & Investigation Services team.
- Assisting in the conduct of Workplace, Protected Disclosure and Trust in Care investigations under the guidance and direction of a lead investigator, employee relations specialist and/or project manager.
- Arranging and attending interviews with Complainants, Respondents and witnesses.
- Preparing summaries of evidence, investigation reports, and related outputs to project managers for review.
- Supporting the end-to-end management and coordination of investigation processes.
- Contributing to other programmes of work such as training, recruitment and other HR projects.
