**Product Leadership Role**

This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional seeking to leverage their expertise in product management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and prioritizing product backlog items to maximize customer value.
  • Closely collaborating with development teams, quality assurance, and design leads.
  • Ensuring product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team.
  • Monitoring product performance, gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders, and utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Establishing a product vision and roadmap for delivering requirements.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years as Product Owner or Delivery Manager/Delivery Lead.
  • Agile/Scrum Certification (CSPO/PSPO/SafePO/PM) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in managing product backlogs and development teams/squads.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects through agile processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Background in financial services/banking domain in Ireland/UK markets will be an added advantage.
  • Background in core banking applications will be an added advantage.
