As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and reservations over the phone. You will also assist with maintaining high standards of customer service and contribute to the development and maximisation of sales across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Action all incoming telephone inquiries promptly, providing a high standard of customer service while doing so.
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients regarding their reservations, confirming details in writing and adhering to company terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services and facilities, enabling effective recommendations to guests.
  • Assist revenue, reception, meetings & events teams in promoting and maximising room sales, aiming for 100% occupancy at all times.
  • Contribute to compiling yield reports, updating daily revenue reports, and monitoring room rate checks to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records, including reservations filing systems, rates files, and tour operator files.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional care and personal attention, communicating effectively with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
