Job Title: Chief Financial Analyst

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned financial expert to join our team as a Chief Financial Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring its successful execution.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the completion of complex financial engagements.
  • You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial planning strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Key responsibilities include resource allocation, staffing, and deadline management.
  • Strong client relationships are essential in this role, requiring effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will also supervise, delegate, and review the work of junior staff, providing on-the-job training and support to ensure their success.
  • Frequent travel to client sites may be required.
Requirements:
  • CTA qualified or part-qualified with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge across various financial disciplines.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
