- Develop and implement effective care plans that address the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of our residents.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and care staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication management, daily spot checks, and audit of all aspects of nursing care.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a nursing home setting in Ireland with at least 5 years' nursing experience (including overseas).
- Excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of English.
- A valid NMBI PIN.
