Clinical Nurse Care Leader Position

At our organization, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Care Manager to lead our team of carers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing carer onboarding, rosters, training, and overall welfare. They will also ensure efficient management of carer onboarding, carer rosters, carer training/development, and overall carer welfare with support from the Regional Manager and the Support Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient management of carer onboarding, carer rosters, carer training/development, and overall carer welfare with support from the Regional Manager and the Support Office.
- Deliver 20-hour Carer Induction Training, ensuring carers are prepared and trained in advance of providing care to all clients in the assigned area.
- Monitor daily activities using Care Management software, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and compliance at every level. Take any action required under your remit and escalate as needed.
- Communicate closely with the Support Office regarding scheduling runs, client care, and HSE communication using the Care Management Software.
- Take responsibility for identifying, monitoring, and managing training needs within your team by implementing a career development path in line with the HR strategy.
- Ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out and recorded in line with Platinum Homecare and HSE Standards.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Similar field role in the Irish Healthcare system with experience in risk assessment and individual care support in the home environment.
- Perform as a leader with the competence to take responsibility and accountability.
- Understanding of Clinical Governance in Home Support Care Provision and experience in Audit preparation.
