Nurse Leader Position

The Clinical Facilitator/Clinical Nurse Manager 2 will provide visionary leadership for nursing, ensuring the delivery of efficient, quality assured and patient centred care.
Responsibilities- Implement the strategic direction for nursing and guide nursing staff to achieve exceptional outcomes in Mercy University Hospital
- Provide inspirational leadership for nursing teams
- Liaise and communicate with multidisciplinary teams as necessary
- Be registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses kept by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- Have extensive recent experience in an acute hospital setting including at least 5 years post registration experience
