Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our team in a nursing home setting.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of residents.
  • This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality person-centred care, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports is essential for this position.

Requirements:

  • A registered nurse on the NMBI live register is required.
  • At least three years of post-registration experience in a relevant field is necessary.
  • Holding a recognised managerial qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications) is also required.
  • Clinical experience working in older persons care or nursing home care is essential.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written) and be eligible to work in Ireland is mandatory.
