About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 6 years' post-graduate experience as a registered nurse, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Care of the Older Person within the past 6 years, with a focus on delivering person-centered care.
  • Recent management experience is highly desirable, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • A post-registration qualification in dementia care is highly desirable, demonstrating your commitment to specialized care.
  • A post-registration management qualification in health or a related field is required, showcasing your expertise in healthcare leadership.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development, highlighting your dedication to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • IT skills and eligibility to work in Ireland, ensuring you can effectively utilize technology to enhance patient care.
