Estimator Role

The Estimator is a key position in our organization responsible for driving business growth through accurate and timely tendering. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed tenders based on drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
  • Source subcontractor and supplier quotations, analysing information for ambiguity, risk, and qualification.
  • Assist in the development of systems and procedures used in tendering and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Several years' experience in estimating roles in contracting or specialist contracting backgrounds.
  • Relevant third-level qualification.
