Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the adoption of pre-fabrication solutions within our target markets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to drive profitable growth across our segments.

Your primary objective will be to build and expand relationships with complex clients across the value chain, identifying and engaging key players in our target markets.

You will also be responsible for creating and coordinating segment-specific application training for our sales team through seminars and product presentations.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption of pre-fabrication solutions.

  • Build and expand relationships with complex clients across the value chain.

  • Create and coordinate segment-specific application training for the sales team.

  • Schedule appointments and prepare and deliver presentations to customers, including higher-level stakeholders within those organizations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth across our segments.
