We are seeking experienced professionals to join our dedicated team providing high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people in a safe and supportive environment.

About the Roles
We currently have two available positions:
Social Care Leader - Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of social care professionals in delivering high-quality residential care
Oversee care planning, risk management, staff supervision, and daily operations
Ensure adherence to HIQA standards and child safeguarding practices
Support the emotional, educational, and social development of young people
Night Shift Social Care Worker - Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overnight supervision and support to children in care
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents during the night hours
Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with day staff
Respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents as required
Requirements:
Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent for Social Care Leader
Minimum 3 years' experience in children's residential care for Social Care Leader
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills for Social Care Leader
Full driving licence for both roles
Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related field for Night Shift Social Care Worker
Experience working with young people in a care or similar setting for Night Shift Social Care Worker
Ability to remain calm and proactive overnight for Night Shift Social Care Worker
