Electrical Site Manager Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale solar project. This role involves leading and managing all on-site electrical activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of works
  • Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety performance across the site
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspections, and handover documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on utility-scale solar or similar electrical infrastructure projects
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., trade certs, degree, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and commissioning processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
