Procurement Associate Role

A leading financial institution is seeking a skilled Procurement Associate to join its high-performing procurement and operations team.

This role will support source-to-pay activities across multiple entities, geographies, and business units.

  • End-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle management for business units in EMEA
  • Coupa system administration, user training, and troubleshooting
  • Supplier onboarding and contract execution processes
  • Compliance monitoring, reporting, and analysis of non-compliant purchase orders and invoices
  • Becoming an expert in procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba or similar)
  • Driving continuous improvements in procurement controls, systems, and policies
  • Maintaining and updating procurement intranet content, training material, and how-to guides
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other project-related activities
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, or Oracle
  • Experience deploying procurement systems and conducting end-user training
  • Knowledge of contract management, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing
  • Analytical mindset; ability to interpret large data sets and report findings
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first approach
