About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Supply Planner to join our team in Cork. This role reports to the Quality Department and has end-to-end oversight of production, testing, and release plans for the site. The successful candidate will work closely with relevant coordinators to schedule work in line with business requirements and adjust the site production plan accordingly on the SAP system.



Key Responsibilities
  • Attend daily site value stream boards and weekly planning meetings to ensure timely product release and on-time delivery of materials to customers.
  • Coordinate inspection lot end dates and lead times on SAP with various business units in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with Production and Supply Chain functions to respond quickly to unforeseen changes or requests.
  • Liaise with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to adjust inspection lot end dates accurately when lots are received on site, and when issues arise during production, testing, or release.
  • Monitor issues and delays against lots throughout the supply chain, perform impact assessments against the site plan, and adjust accordingly.
  • Communicate planning changes and impact between Supply Chain and Operations functions.
  • Track progress of lots, manage KPI reporting, and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Refine current business processes for managing inspection lot end dates on SAP.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Supply Chain experience and familiarity with scheduling principles.
  • Organizational skills and project management expertise.
  • SAP experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Manufacturing Execution Process knowledge is beneficial.
  • Quality and GMP knowledge/experience are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • Proven meeting facilitation skills in a cross-functional environment are necessary.
  • Result-driven, target-oriented individuals with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and quality principles is essential.
