Job Title:

We are seeking a Quality and Supply Chain Planner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production, testing, and release plans for our site, ensuring timely product release and on-time delivery of material to customers.


About the Role:
  • This is a strategic role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with various business units in the supply chain.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, manufacturing execution processes, and quality control principles.
  • They will also be responsible for coordinating inspection lot end dates and lead times on SAP, as well as monitoring issues and delays against lots throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attending daily site Value stream boards and weekly planning meetings
  • Coordinating inspection lot end dates and lead times on SAP
  • Monitoring issues and delays against lots throughout the supply chain
  • Liaising with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to adjust inspection lot ends dates accurately and appropriately
  • Communicating planning changes and impact between Supply Chain and Operations functions

Requirements:
  • Supply chain experience and familiarity with scheduling
  • Manufacturing Execution Process knowledge
  • Quality and GMP knowledge/experience beneficial
  • Proven meeting facilitation skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Result-driven, target-oriented, and demonstrates optimism and 'Can Do' attitude
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and quality principles and practices, across internal and external environments
  • Project Management Skills/Lean six sigma methodology – Would be a plus
