Key Supply Chain Leadership Role

The organization is currently seeking a senior-level supply chain professional to lead all supply chain and warehouse activities. This key role offers opportunities for career growth and development within the company.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading supply chain and warehouse activities, including:

  • Developing and delivering the supply chain organizational vision and strategic objectives.
  • Building and mentoring a team of diverse professionals.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to execute on site and enterprise-wide strategy.
  • Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product availability and alignment to production plans.

Additionally, the successful candidate will take responsibility for health and safety, as well as core environmental and energy sustainability programs within the supply chain function.

They will also develop senior-level relationships with suppliers to resolve critical issues, deliver cost savings, and implement value-added processes.

Other responsibilities include monitoring and achieving optimal inventory turnover, maintaining the internal rolling forecast file, identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects, and working with the quality system to ensure site quality policy and GMP/GDP compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or science, with 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and people management.

They will also possess OPEx Black/Green belt certification, experience engaging, collaborating, and influencing at senior leadership level, and ability to think outside the box and provide solutions through structured troubleshooting methodologies.
