MCD landscapes is recruiting a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time Office Administrator position focusing on Accounts. This role will involve working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday mornings, from our office in Clane, Co Kildare.

About the Job
  1. Process financial transactions, including invoicing and payment management.
  2. Update the accounting system with purchase and sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Resolve supplier queries and maintain positive relationships.
  4. Manage payroll input and record-keeping.
  5. Support the sales team during tender submissions.
  6. Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Qualifications
  • Prior experience with Sage accounts software is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or finance is required.
  • Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
