Job Description:
This role involves leading the development of our midcore games, focusing on gameplay development with the Unity engine. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical solutions and design and implement new features in our core technologies. They will mentor junior engineers to help them grow in their careers and work closely with QA to resolve bugs and deliver high-quality code for testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as part of a professional development team working on gameplay development with the Unity engine and familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Strong technical skills and experience in at least one of the following areas: game engines, rendering engines, networking, physics, AI, and audio are essential. Excellent programming skills in C# and experience with version control, build tools, and deployment pipelines are also necessary. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, are highly valued.
