About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Packaging Equipment Operator to join our team on a short-term contract basis.

This role requires shift work and may involve weekend shifts, so flexibility is key. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken). A Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain packaging equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform quality checks and labelling tasks accurately.
  • Complete batch records and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Support investigations of deviations and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
  • Escalate equipment issues and complete tasks flexibly.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience in GMP and/or cleanroom environments.
  • Good communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
