About the Role

This is a great opportunity to work in a busy hotel environment serving drinks and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Previous Bar Experience: essential for this role. You will be working as part of a close-knit team, so previous experience is required.
  • Mixology Skills: while not essential, knowledge of mixology techniques would be an advantage.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: you will be interacting with customers daily, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Professional Appearance: you will be representing the hotel at all times, so a professional appearance is essential.
  • Languages: fluency in English is required.
  • Service Standards: we pride ourselves on high service standards, so a commitment to maintaining these is essential.
