**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Shareholder Services team as an Investor Services Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire client onboarding process, handling a diverse client base, and ensuring adherence to policies.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for investors, assisting with client onboarding and quality checks, reviewing FATCA/CRS documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and proactively addressing and resolving service issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Transfer Agency or Investor Services, excellent communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary contact for investors, fostering relationships.
- Assist with client onboarding and quality checks.
- Review FATCA/CRS documentation.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with clients, General Partners, and stakeholders.
- Proactively address and resolve service issues.
