About the Role:
  • Assist the firm's leadership in coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases, including client information, case files, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit high-quality documents, reports, and presentations in line with firm standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, solicitors, and third parties, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective time management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a law firm or relevant industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.) and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
