Job Title: Key Support Specialist
Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Key Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same, covering everything from board administration and event management to database oversight and creative content design.
About the RoleThis 6-month temporary contract involves providing high-level administrative support, including diary management, travel bookings, and meeting organization. The ideal candidate will have strong digital skills, project coordination expertise, and a flair for organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support, including diary management, travel bookings, and meeting organization.
- Oversee project administration, including scheduling, paperwork, and progress follow-ups.
- Manage databases, upload governance documents, and assist with committee nominations.
- Assist with annual report production, newsletters, presentations, and CRM updates.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong digital skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project coordination and event management.
