- Qualify sales opportunities based on our sales methodology and metrics, ensuring alignment with client needs and success criteria.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solution and its benefits in addressing clients' business challenges.
- Expand our offering beyond initial implementations, seeking new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Process sales orders and facilitate seamless customer onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate with other resources such as professional services, training, product management, and marketing to address client needs.
- Encourage client participation in company events and activities.
- Provide timely and accurate reports, forecasts, and insights for management.
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services, leveraging this knowledge to drive account growth.
- Maintain current and accurate account information, including leads and follow-ups, within our CRM system.
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for our customers, escalating issues as needed to ensure exceptional service.
