Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to deliver outstanding sales growth with key customer groups across the National Accounts sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and maintaining existing Head Office relationships with customers, with a focus on delivering incremental sales growth on these accounts.
This role involves negotiations with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the same business, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consultative selling, marketing principles, prospecting, networking, and negotiations
- Strong understanding of the foodservice industry and ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at creating highly effective premium propositions to customers, incorporating regional and local industry trends
- Enrich the customer experience by providing solutions to support customer growth
- In support of a customer-first model, work effectively across all functions to remove obstacles and improve execution
- Have a good knowledge of Business Technology capabilities
- Act with integrity and assumes full accountability, treating others with respect and honesty
- Must have a can-do approach, with distinct ability of problem solving
- Must maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets minimum standards
