Client Service Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering superior client service, achieving business objectives, and fostering strong relationships with insurers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated support to a portfolio of clients, handling renewals, claims, and mid-term alterations and queries.
  • Deliver best-in-class client service in an efficient and friendly manner, ensuring all client deadlines are met.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business and culture.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing client relationships and drive growth.
  • Foster strong insurer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in project work and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent client advocacy skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
