Client Service Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client services group, you will work closely with financial planners and private client managers to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the financial planning team and private client managers in delivering a comprehensive client service proposition.
  • Manage sales pipelines and conduct research to find required information for client financial plans.
  • Create, maintain, and enter data into databases.
  • Understand and address client inquiries in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Membership of LIA or IOB.
  • Up-to-date CPD in line with qualifications and regulatory requirements.
