Job Title: Financial Performance Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the analytical performance of designated client accounts across Ireland, working closely with the wider commercial, finance and operations teams to drive business profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly profitability figures associated with assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall account profitability.
  • Provide timely and accurate management information to support commercial decision-making.
  • Closely track and manage account growth through regular commercial performance meetings.
  • Prepare and review annual account budgets and re-forecast as necessary to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounts, Operations, Technical, Marketing, Sales, and Procurement, to deliver results.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of detailed cost analysis reports to ensure accuracy in reported numbers.
  • Implement best practices in commercial finance across specific accounts and category management.
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly financial reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Commerce.
  • Proficiency in Excel modeling and data analysis.
  • Previous experience in commercial analytics.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Navision is an asset.
  • Results-driven and deadline-oriented with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to motivate self and others, with a customer-focused management style.
  • Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
