Succeed in Client Onboarding as a key player in bringing clients into our firm's various strategies. Collaborate closely with the Investment, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Legal/Regulatory, Tax, Accounting, and Custom Solutions teams to complete processes on time and manage priorities across stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting client onboarding activities by working closely with internal and external partners.
  • Managing priorities across different stakeholders to ensure smooth process completion.
  • Developing relationships with internal and external partners to stay informed about upcoming activities.

This is a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of prioritizing multiple priorities, making decisions, and delivering results consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong work ethic and genuine passion for excellence and constant improvement.
  • An excellent client service orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work across multiple teams and different levels of seniority, and willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with the full Microsoft suite, and proficiency with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Private market knowledge (highly preferred).
