National Account Manager Wanted

As a key player in our organization, you will drive sales and cultivate strong relationships with influential clients within the FMCG sector. We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to spearhead our account management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain robust relationships with critical accounts, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Account Planning & Forecasting: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans outlining sales objectives, strategies, and action plans to achieve targets.
  • Sales & Business Development: Create and implement strategies to realize sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotional plans, and terms with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs, product offerings, and service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong comprehension of FMCG market dynamics, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
