Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Client Service Teams in delivering exceptional support and driving business growth. This role involves working closely with the Client, Financials, People, and Operational Excellence teams to provide innovative solutions and exceed client expectations.
Collaboration is key in this role as you will work alongside Corporate Risk and Broking Retail teams to develop strategic insurance programs that cater to client needs. Your expertise and market knowledge will be instrumental in achieving business objectives and growing revenue streams.
- Deliver client service with efficiency and friendliness, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Manage document flow, including inbound and outbound documents, to maintain organizational efficiency.
- Support broking teams with renewal processes, reminders, debiting, and file management to ensure timely completion.
- Participate in company audits and guarantee regulatory compliance to uphold industry standards.
- Develop your technical skills and knowledge to progress to a client engagement role and take on new challenges.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance or broking is desirable but not essential, we are open to candidates from various backgrounds.
- APA qualification with a view to progressing to CIP will be highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure will ensure high-quality results.
- A team player with a proactive and flexible attitude is required to thrive in this dynamic environment.
