Client Care Coordinator Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling Co-ordination: Coordinate schedules for care assistants on a daily basis to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Operational Issue Resolution: Address operational issues arising from customer care calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Client Care Team Assignment: Ensure clients have a permanent care team assigned to them, providing continuity and stability.
- Scheduling Queries: Deal with scheduling queries and respond accordingly, maintaining excellent communication with clients and staff.
- Emergency Cover: Provide emergency cover until the next working day, ensuring minimal disruption to client care.
- Time Changes Notification: Inform clients of time changes and schedule updates, keeping them informed and up-to-date.
- Schedule Assignment: Assign schedules two weeks in advance, allowing clients and staff to plan and prepare.
- Weekly Allocated Hours Verification: Verify weekly allocated hours to ensure accurate records and optimal resource allocation.
- Care Manager Liaison: Liaise with Care Manager on start dates for new carers, facilitating smooth integration into the care team.
- Report Completion: Complete reports by the last working day, providing valuable insights and data for continuous improvement.
- Shift Coverage: Ensure shifts are covered two weeks in advance, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Office Administration Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, with a strong focus on organisational skills and attention to detail.
- One Touch Advantage: One Touch experience is highly desirable, showcasing ability to work efficiently and effectively.
- Healthcare Experience: Healthcare experience is an advantage, demonstrating understanding of the care sector and its challenges.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, making decisions, and taking initiative when necessary.
