Job Description

Nutritics is a global leader in the food management software industry, connecting clients and customers to reliable food information. As a Senior Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be part of a team that delivers significant global growth and empowers customers to make better informed food choices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 'business as usual' support to tier 1, 2 & 3 clients.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Know our products inside and out to answer questions efficiently.
  • Liaise with the onboarding and projects team to ensure smooth customer transitions.
  • Liaise with customer success managers (CSMs) and product teams on customer issues.
  • Liaise with sales/CSMs when an upsell opportunity becomes apparent.
  • Log technical issues, take ownership, and mobilize the development team as needed.
  • Maintain a detailed record for each customer, including licence details, interactions, transactions, and comments.
  • Mentor junior team members and delegate queries as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in collaborative cross-functional work and being empathic and articulate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A sense of responsibility - taking ownership and following through with queries.
  • Passion about Nutritics and bringing enthusiasm to work daily.
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Third level qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in Foodservice and/or nutrition is an advantage but not essential.
