Job Overview
The Service Associate role is a dynamic and demanding position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
This role involves engaging daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy custom solutions. Associates will also oversee client projects from start to finish, including project scoping, expert identification, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing roles, and demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Build relationships and deliver personalized support to clients
- Oversight of client projects from inception to completion, including project planning and expert engagement
- Collaboration with colleagues, manager, and internal stakeholders to maximize commercial success
