As a Business Development Representative, your role is to seek out and engage 'good fit' companies through strategic prospecting. You will leverage existing leads and generate new interest through calls, emails and social media messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (new users and potential customers)
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while meeting monthly goals
  • Understand customer needs and challenges using sales methodologies
  • Carry out market research to broaden the customer base of HubSpot
Requirements:
  • A desire and commitment to be in Tech Sales
  • Sales/prospecting experience and growth environment knowledge
  • English fluency; Nordic language knowledge is an asset
  • A focus on goals and strong approach to achieving them
  • The ability to address objections and deal with coaching
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Prioritizing business growth and staying curious about the tech industry
