Job Description:
  • Provide HR support to assigned teams
  • Advise on employment law and policies
  • Analyze HR metrics and implement changes
  • Develop and implement organizational change initiatives
  • Contribute to workforce planning and recruitment strategies
  • Support management with employee relations issues
  • Manage recruitment processes and on-board new employees
  • Support payroll inputs and probation management
  • Design and deliver internal training courses
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business/Commerce
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience
  • Full Category B driving license required
  • Public Sector experience desired but not necessary
  • Industrial Relations experience highly valued
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
