Job Description:

This position plays a pivotal role in the Private Equity unit, focusing on developing and growing a dedicated team within a high-growth area.

  • The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple Private Equity clients, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investment professionals, lawyers, auditors, and banking personnel.
  • Key responsibilities include supervising staff on systems, processing, procedures, and job responsibilities, as well as training, coaching, and mentoring new employees to develop and motivate them within their team.
  • The successful candidate will provide input and feedback regarding employees' ongoing performance, development, and performance appraisals, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • In collaboration with the fund accounting team, the Portfolio Growth Specialist will review and approve work performed by analysts, prepare capital call and distribution calculations and notices, and assist in coordinating annual fund audits.
  • Additional duties include problem resolution, error, and query resolution on a timely basis, meeting all reporting deliverables, enforcing adherence to departmental procedures, service standards, and specified deadlines, and maintaining a good working relationship with external clients and internal teams.
